WASHINGTON — Police are investigating after a teenage boy was shot in Northwest D.C on Sunday. His age remains unknown at this time.
At 3:14 p.m., officers with the Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 200 block of V Street for a shooting. At the scene, officers found a boy who had been shot. He was found conscious and breathing before being taken to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Police say to be on the lookout for a burgundy-colored Dodge Durango with Maryland tags in connection to the shooting.
