WASHINGTON — Two teenage boys were rushed to an area hospital on Thursday after a shooting in a Southeast D.C. apartment complex parking lot.
A call regarding the shooting in the 1600 block of W Street came into the Metropolitan Police Department at 6:48 p.m. Police say two victims, both juvenile males, were found at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to an area hospital conscious and breathing. Their current condition remains unknown.
Police say a 16-year-old was shot and killed at the same apartment complex back in September.
The investigation into this shooting is active and ongoing.
Investigators have not yet identified any suspects or persons of interest in connection to this shooting.
