CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. — Eight people were rushed to area hospitals Monday evening after a multi-car crash in Prince George's County.
According to the Prince George's County Fire Department, all eight people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to survive.
The crash reportedly happened at the intersection of Southern Avenue and East Capitol Street in Capitol Heights, Maryland Monday evening.
Investigators have not said what led up to the crash or identified any possible contributing factors.
The investigation into the crash the left eight people hospitalized is active and ongoing.
