WASHINGTON — Police are now on the lookout for a woman in a black hoodie after a stabbing in Northwest D.C on Tuesday.
At 3:37 p.m., officers with the Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 1900 block of 10th Street, Northwest for a woman injured in a stabbing. At the scene, officers found a woman suffering from a stab wound. She was conscious when taken to an area hospital, where she is expected to recover.
Police say they are looking for a woman last seen wearing a black hoodie who allegedly stabbed the victim. She was last seen driving northbound on 10th Street, NW.
The investigation into the stabbing is active and ongoing.
