D.C., DC — A woman was arrested on Tuesday for stabbing a man.
Linda Archie, 60, was charged with assault with intent to kill.
Police officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 900 block of 5th St. in Southeast, D.C. on Tuesday at approximately 3:45 p.m., according to a press release from D.C. Police.
Officers found a male victim, 71-year-old Charmaine Smith, suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where, on Saturday, he died due to his injuries.
