WASHINGTON — A 48-year-old D.C. man is under arrest for distributing child pornography.
On Tuesday, police arrested and charged Michael Everts of Northwest, D.C. with activity relating to material constituting/containing child pornography.
An investigation revealed Everts was distributing the illicit material to an undercover agent from October through November.
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Special Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Washington Field Office, Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force investigated this case.
