Services along the Green Line have resumed

WMATA says the disabled train at the L’Enfant Plaza station has been moved and services will resume shortly.

WASHINGTON — Attention Metro riders, services along the Green Line are being restored.

A disabled train at the L'Enfant Plaza station temporarily suspended services between Waterfront and Gallery Place.

At this time Metro says they have moved the train but, riders can still expect delays in both directions.

Metro has tweeted out that delays are to be expected. In the meantime, they will have shuttle buses between each station.

As for the Yellow Line, the number of trains running between Huntington Station and Arlington Cemetery is being minimized to lower congestion.

We will keep you posted as more information is released.
