Commanders sign wide receiver Noah Brown

Brown is coming off back-to-back 500-yard seasons with Houston and Dallas.

ASHBURN, Va. — Former Ohio State wide receiver Noah Brown has joined the Washington Commanders. The team made the announcement Thursday

Most recently, Brown caught passes for the Houston Texans, but the addition of Stefon Diggs pushed him down the depth chart and he was cut from the team's 53-man roster on Tuesday. During training camp, Brown struggled with injuries.

Brown is coming off a productive season with Houston, where he caught 33 passes for 567 yards and two touchdowns.

Before Houston, he spent five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. In his final season in 2022, Brown caught 43 passes and surpassed 500 yards.

Brown joins the Commanders after the team made its own roster moves, including trading Jahan Dotson to the Eagles.
