WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking the community for assistance in locating a suspect who shot another man in the southwestern part of Washington, D.C.
The incident took place on Thursday, June 6, around 8:54 p.m., when officers responded to a report of a shooting at the 4600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.
Authorities indicated a man was found close to the mentioned address with gunshot wounds. Subsequently, police stated the man was transferred to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Police reported the suspect was captured by a surveillance camera, and available pictures are below:

The Metropolitan Police Department is currently offering a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
