WASHINGTON — D.C. Police are investigating a double shooting in Southwest.
MPD tweeted on Sunday, that a man and girl were found shot near the intersection of South Capitol Street and MacDill Blvd Southwest, which is near Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. However, police do not believe that is where the pair were shot.
Police say they are working to determine where the shots rang out. Both victims were taken to a hospital, but their current condition is unknown at this time.
This is an active investigation.
