WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking guidance and assistance from the community to help locate suspects of a robbery that took place in the northeastern part of Washington, D.C.
Police indicated that on Saturday, June 8, around 3:40 p.m., three suspects approached the victim in the 600 block of Kenneth Street, NE. The suspects physically assaulted the victim, waived their guns, and "took personal property from the victim and his vehicle before fleeing the scene."
Once on the spot, authorities confirmed the victim reported a minor injury. The identity of the victim has not been released yet.
The three suspects stole the victim's vehicle, a gray 2012 Nissan Altima with DC tags of ES9986.

Police are receiving information and tips from people that can identify these three suspects and/or the stolen vehicle. To do so please call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
The Metropolitan Police Department is currently offering a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
