4 people rushed to area hospitals after Montgomery Co. crash

At first, investigators reported that the crash involved two cars and one person was trapped as a result.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — Four people were rushed to area hospitals on Sunday after a two-vehicle crash in Montgomery Village. Some lanes of travel were blocked following the collision.

A spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and EMS originally reported the crash at 7:09 p.m. at Montgomery Village Avenue and Greenside Terrace, outside of Gaithersburg. 

At first, investigators reported that the crash involved two cars and one person was trapped as a result. All four people involved in the crash have since been taken to area hospitals for help with their injuries.

The investigation into this crash is active and ongoing.
