CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. — Three people were displaced as a result of a house fire in Capitol Heights on Tuesday.
At 4:33 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, firefighters were dispatched to a home in the 600 block of Rollins Avenue for an active fire. At the scene, crews found a two-story, single-family home with fire shooting out of a second floor window.
The fire is now out.
Investigators say no one was injured as a result of the flames.
The Prince George's County Office of Emergency Management is helping three displaced residents.
So far, investigators have not said what caused the fire.
