BALTIMORE — A Hagerstown man wanted on attempted murder charges was arrested at BWI Airport on Sunday after officers were tipped off that he may be traveling in the area.

At 10 a.m. on Feb. 11, Maryland Transportation Authority Police Officers assigned to BWI Airport got information that an attempted murder suspect may be traveling to the airport.

Officers began to investigate and identified a suspect vehicle. Shortly after 11:30 a.m., officers located the vehicle on the airport’s lower-level roadway and identified the driver as 34-year-old Zachary A. Butler.
