WASHINGTON — Police are searching for a white SUV believed to be connected to a double shooting that took place Friday night.
On January 26, just before 10 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of I Street, Southeast D.C., for reports of gunshots. When they arrived they found a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were taken to a local hospital for treatment. At this time police have not revealed the identities of the victims or given an update on their current conditions.
Surveillance cameras in the area were able to capture photos of the car believed to be involved in the shooting. It is a white SUV, make, model, and license plate number are unknown at this time.
D.C. police is offering $10,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction. If you know anything related to this shooting you’re asked not to take action, but call police at 202-727-9099.
