FAIRMOUNT HEIGHTS, Md. — Police are searching for answers after a woman was found shot to death in Seat Pleasant late Tuesday night.
Officers were first called to a home in the 500 block of 62nd Avenue at around 11 p.m. for the report of a shooting. Once on scene, they found the woman shot several times. She was pronounced dead.
Detectives worked overnight to find the person responsible, collect evidence and interviewing witnesses. So far, no arrests have been made.
The woman shot has not been identified by police.
