PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Prince William County Police have arrested a man linked to an abduction case.
On Thursday, officers arrested Elith Samuel Parada for an incident that took place on April 21 between him and a tenant. According to police, Parada and a 23-year-old woman, the tenant, got into an argument inside of a home.
At some point during the argument, police say Parada blocked the exits, stopping the tenant from leaving. It is unclear how long this lasted, but eventually, the tenant was able to leave the home and contact the police.
The tenant did not report any injuries to police. Following an investigation, police issued a warrant for Parada’s arrest. His court date is pending at this time. Parada is being charged with Abduction.
