Video released of person of interest connected to deadly shooting in Forestville

Police are still searching for who is responsible

FORESTVILLE, Md. — Police are investigating a deadly triple shooting in Forestville Tuesday night.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, the shooting happened in the 3100 block of Lakehurst Avenue near the Penn Mar Shopping Center around 10 p.m.

Officers were called to the area after receiving word of a shooting in the area. Upon arrival, they found three men suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the victims was pronounced dead by first responders and a second victim was taken to an area hospital. The second victim's current condition is unknown at this time.

The third victim was checked at the scene of the shooting.

Police have since released a video of a person of interest in connection to the shooting:
