WASHINGTON — A man is dead after being shot in Northwest D.C. early Monday morning.
Police are looking for three men in all black clothing with ski masks in a white car in connection to the shooting.
The shooting happened just after 4:30 a.m. on Rhode Island Avenue NW, nearby a church, a doctor's office and the International Language Institute, among office buildings.
Police are investigating this as a homicide. They have not provided any details on if or how the three suspects knew the man who was killed, or what led up in the moments beforehand.
