3 injured in DC shooting, police search for shooter

The men were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released at this time.

WASHINGTON — DC Police are investigating a triple shooting that took place in Southeast, D.C. Monday afternoon. 

Officers were called to the 3600 block of 22nd Street at 1:05 p.m. for reports of a shooting. Once officers were on the scene, they found three men suffering from gunshot wounds. 

All three men were conscious and breathing, according to first responders. They were taken to a local hospital for further treatment. Their current conditions have not been released at this time. 

Officers have not released any information about the suspects either, and do not currently have a lookout for anyone. 

Both the 3500 and 3600 blocks of 22nd Street were closed to traffic to allow police to investigate.
