27-year-old Laurel woman killed, another person injured in crash in Prince George's County

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the deadly collision.

GREATER LANDOVER, Md. — Police continue to investigate after an early Friday collision left a 27-year-old Laurel woman dead in Greater Landover.

Around 1:10 a.m. Friday, officers with the Prince George's County Police Department responded to the area of Landover Road and Kent Town Place after a report of a collision involving a car and an SUV. Upon arrival at the scene, they found the driver of the SUV, Andrevene Bryan, 27, of Laurel, injured from the crash, and she pronounced dead on the scene.

The driver of the sedan was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to the preliminary investigation, the car’s driver had been traveling southbound on Landover Road when he collided with Bryan’s SUV in the intersection.
