WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a crash involving a metro bus.
On Friday night, DC Fire and EMS tweeted about a crash involving a metro bus along North Capitol and L Street, Northeast. The bus was carrying riders at the time of the crash.
At this time, MPD has not released any information on the events leading up to the crash. However, DC Fire and EMS did tweet that they assessed 8 patients from the collision, 3 of those were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
