CENTREVILLE, Va. — Police say a shooting that left two men injured in Centreville Thursday night started after an argument over a parking spot.
Officers with the Fairfax County Police Department responded to the 14000 block of Golden Oak Road, off of Machen Road, after a woman called to report that her boyfriend had been shot. A short time later, another caller reported a second gunshot victim in the area.
When officers arrived, one victim was found in his kitchen suffering from gunshot wounds, a second man was found lying in his foyer several townhouses away. Both men were taken to a local hospital to be treated, they are expected to recover from their wounds.
Investigators say the two men were arguing over a parking spot just before the shooting happened. Two guns were found at the scene, according to police.
At this time, no one has been charged in connection to this shooting.
