Prince George's County police find missing 12-year-old boy

Police say the boy was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Md. — UPDATE:

The child was found safe Wednesday. 

ORIGINAL STORY:

Police in Prince George's County need your help to find a boy who disappeared from District Heights Tuesday night.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department the boy was last seen on June 18 in the 5000 block of Silver Hill Court around 9:30 p.m. He is described as being 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds. Police say he was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants and black-and-white shoes. 

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are not known. Investigators are asking anyone who may know where the boy is to call 911 immediately. Additional details were not made public.
