MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A Capitol Heights man’s death following a crash on Tuesday is being investigated as a homicide, according to Montgomery County Police.
Officers initially responded to the 3600 block of Spruell Drive at 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday after the crash, in which the man, Orlando Alexander Satz, Jr., crashed into a parked vehicle.
Satz, Jr., 20, was removed from a Toyota Corolla by neighbors, who heard the crash, before Montgomery County Fire Rescue responded and noticed he had been shot.
His body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy to determine an exact cause of death.
