1.8 magnitude earthquake rumbles through Montgomery County

WUSA9 has not heard of any damage reports.

SPENCERVILLE, Md. — A small earthquake shook parts of Montgomery County on Monday night, the United States Geological Survey said.

The earthquake, which struck at 11:22 p.m., was 1.8 magnitude centering in Spencerville and had a depth of 3.66 miles.

WUSA9 has not heard of any damage reports. No other details on the quake have been released.
