GLENELG, Md. — Police in Howard County Maryland made a startling discovery when responding to a welfare check call in Glenelg late Sunday night. Responding officers found a man and two teenage boys dead inside the home.
Officers were called to the home in the 14000 block of Triadelphia Road, near Glenelg High School, and found the three people shot dead.
Through a preliminary investigation, police believe that Christopher Zanski, 42, shot and killed his children, Braden Zanski, 17, and Hailey Zanski, 15, and then shot and killed himself. All three lived in the home together.
Police say there is no indication that anyone else was involved in the shooting. A motive has not yet been determined.
