Prince George's County ambulance overturned after crash

Three people were transported for serious but not life-threatening injuries.

LARGO, Md. — A Prince George’s County ambulance was overturned after a crash in Largo on Saturday afternoon. 

According to the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department (PGFD), one civilian and two PGFD members were transported from the scene at the intersection of Landover Road and Technology Way for serious but not life-threatening injuries. 

The ambulance was responding to an emergency when a multivehicle crash occurred at around 1:31 p.m. according to a post on X, formerly Twitter.

The identities of the drivers and PGFD crew members and the cause of the crash is not yet known, and Prince George’s County Police are investigating.
