WASHINGTON — DC Fire and Ems responded to a car crash at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Tuckerman Street in the northeastern part of Washington, DC, on Saturday.
Authorities first reported it was a crash with entrapment incident on its X account, formerly Twitter:
WUSA9 learned the accident occurred just before 1 p.m., and sources confirmed the car crashed into a telephone pole.
As of now, authorities confirmed 1 person was extricated, 1 adult and 1 child were transported in critical condition, and one adult female and a girl were transported with non-life-threatening injuries to a local hospital.
While the identities of the injured are not yet reportable, DC Fire and Teams teams, accompanied by Prince George's County and Montgomery County rescue personnel, remain in the area investigating the incident.
