Usher's 'Past, Present, Future' tour kicks off in DC with 2 shows

Usher is touring in support of his new album, "Coming Home"

WASHINGTON — Talk about ushering in a new year. R&B superstar Usher is having quite a 2024. The singer is set to perform the Super Bowl halftime show this weekend, with a new album, "Coming Home," out Friday. 

In support of that new album, Usher will embark on a North American tour this summer. The first stop of the Usher: "Past, Present, Future" tour is Capital One Arena in D.C. on Aug. 20. He'll also be in Baltimore on Aug. 24 at CFG Bank Arena. On Friday, Usher added an extra show in D.C., due to immense demand. Here's the updated tour schedule.

Usher has only listed shows in the U.S. and Canada so far, but rumors went around late last year that he may go on a world tour.

Last December, Usher wrapped up a two-year Vegas residency.

Tickets will open to the public on Monday, Feb. 12, at 10 a.m. local time. For earlier access, you can sign up for the presale that'll launch on Friday, Feb. 9, at 10 a.m.
