WASHINGTON — A man is in custody for two sexual assaults while armed that occurred in 2009 and 2023.
John Raymond Conner III is accused of holding victims against their will, while armed with a knife and forcing them to engage in unwanted sexual acts.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the first incident is believed to have occurred on Monday, August 24, 2009, inside an establishment along the 2600 block of Douglas Road, Southeast at 9 p.m.
The second case reportedly occurred in the 300 block of K Street, Northwest on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 12:26 a.m.
On Tuesday, a DC Superior Court issued an arrest warrant and charged Conner with the offenses listed above.
