This all stems from a road rage incident on May 19, 2021 around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Kenilworth and Eastern Avenue in Northeast D.C. According to evidence presented in court, Davis was driving his Maserati Granturismo during rush hour traffic when he suddenly got out of his car with a gun.

Davis fired seven shots into the car in front of him, which was occupied by a woman and her two children, ages 11 and five. He then turned and fired six more shots at bystanders in the area, before getting back into his car and fleeing the scene.

The woman was hit once in her arm and her youngest child suffered some cuts from the shattered glass from the car. The 11-year-old child and bystanders were not injured.

Davis’ sentencing is set for March 29.
