LAUREL, Md. — Police are investigating a homicide in Prince George’s County.
Officers were called out to the 11700 block of South Laurel Drive for reports of gunshots Saturday evening. They arrived at 7:50 p.m. and located a man suffering from gunshot wounds inside a car.
First responders arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Details of the victim’s name, age, or where he resides have not been released at this time.
WUSA9 reached out to Prince George’s County Police for more details and they tell us they are still in the early stages of the investigation. They’re currently working to determine the events that led up to the shooting.
