3 hospitalized in Northeast DC shooting, police say

Police have not said if they know who shot them. The investigation is ongoing.

WASHINGTON — Three people were shot in Northeast D.C. Tuesday night. 

D.C. Police responded to a report of a shooting around 11:40 p.m. at the 3700 block of Minnesota Avenue Northeast. When they got there, they found a man and a woman who had been shot. A third victim was found minutes later at a nearby firehouse, also wounded.

All three victims were taken to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police have not said if they know who shot these three people or if they know each other.
