WASHINGTON — A man is under arrest in connection to stalking and harassing women in Northwest D.C., specifically the Foggy Bottom and Georgetown neighborhoods.
One victim reports that she was stalked on multiple occasions between July 5 through July 21 by the same man. She is just one of many who say they felt terrorized by the man just walking in their neighborhood.
On Sunday, police arrested and charged 39-year-old Delonta Deon Spriggs of Northeast with stalking in connection to these incidents.
Detectives continue to investigate similar offenses that occurred nearby.
