WASHINGTON — A man is under arrest after police say he walked into a Northwest, D.C. restaurant and stabbed someone on Tuesday. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the stabbing as being motivated by hate or bias at this time.
Reginald Pickett, 63 was arrested by officers and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
At 6:15 p.m. on April 16, investigators say the victims were inside a restaurant in the 1200 block of New York Avenue in Northwest when Pickett walked in.
