ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Police are investigating a shooting at a fitness center in Alexandria that left two men dead.
At 4 p.m., Saturday, officers responded to the shooting at a Onelife Fitness on Hooff's Run Drive. Police found two men who had been shot.
According to Alexandria Police, one man was the victim, and the other man was the suspected shooter.
Both men were taken to an area hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the victim died at the hospital. Investigators say the alleged shooter was initially taken to the hospital in critical condition. In an update from police around 11:45 p.m., they said the alleged shooter also died from his injuries.
The investigation into the shooting is active and ongoing.
