Whether you're looking for one-of-a-kind gifts or just a reason to linger in the festive atmosphere, this market promises to charm your heart.
Set along the 1500 block of 19th Street, NW, the market boasts over 30 small businesses and artisan stalls. From boutique brands to handcrafts from around the world, it’s the perfect spot to pick up a thoughtful holiday gift.
But it’s not just the shopping that’s going to get you in the holiday spirit. Expect to be serenaded by local performers while you and your sweetheart share warm, sugary delights like Migue’s Mini Donuts or nibble on the Capital Candy Jar’s famous hot roasted nuts. The aroma alone will make you fall in love all over again.
“We are glad to be reopening for the holidays in Dupont Circle,” says Michael Berman, president of Diverse Markets Management. “Dupont Circle has a tradition of small businesses, including art galleries and mom & pop shops. The holiday market is a perfect complement to the stores and restaurants around Dupont Circle.”
And there’s no need to rush. The market is open daily from noon until 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends (except Thanksgiving).
