Cooler and drier air will envelop the DMV behind a cold front.
Monday will feature plenty of sunshine and much more comfortable conditions to start July. Highs will only reach the upper 70s to low 80s to start July combined with low relative humidity making it quite comfortable. Similar conditions will carry over into Tuesday with highs just a few degrees warmer.
Saturday was the 12th anniversary of the Derecho.
