  • Showers end during the morning commute
  • Patchy fog may reduce visibility

Timeline:

Friday 6:00 am
Showers will taper off Friday morning, but plan ahead for light rain during the morning commute and wet roads. By late morning rain will be gone and skies will clear throughout the remainder of the day.

Skies will continue to clear throughout the day as a gusty northwest wind kicks up.

How much rain?

A much needed .5" - 1" of rain is expected when all is said and done.

While any little bit helps, the rain Thursday into Friday will not make a huge dent in our ongoing drought conditions as rain totals for the fall area about 5" below where they should be.
