FREDERICK COUNTY, Va. — Students can sleep in on Monday morning in parts of Northern Virginia as school districts reported that they would open at 10 a.m. on Monday.
Schools running two hours late on Monday:
Virginia:
- Clarke Co. Schools
- Fauquier Co. Schools
- Frederick Co. Schools (Offices will remain open on time)
- Shenandoah Co. Schools
- Warren Co. Schools
In West Virginia, Berkeley County Public Schools will be closed on Monday.
WUSA9 Meteorologist Makayla Lucero reported that some rain, sleet and snow would touch down in Frederick Co., Virginia. and other parts of our area on Sunday night.
The administrative offices of some schools announced they would stay open Monday morning as classes started late.
