It will be another cloudy and damp evening. Overnight, more showers and even a few thunderstorms will rumble through.
Most of Thursday will be dry...or at least drier than it has been. Skies will remain cloudy with some areas of drizzle. It will also be noticeably humid.
We have issued another Weather Impact Alert Friday. Moisture associated with Helene will lead to off and on periods of showers and rain. A few storms will be possible as well.

A Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect for Anne Arundel County. A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect along the shoreline of DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Charles County, Calvert County, St. Mary's County, portions of the coastal Eastern Shore, and on the shoreline of the Northern Neck.

More showers will stick around for Saturday both in the morning and evening, but most of the day will be dry. We may even see a bit of sunshine! Temperatures will be warm in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Sunday will be wetter with more rain and showers. Temperatures will also be cooler in the low 70s.
Wet weather will persist through Monday and into Tuesday morning, but by the second half of Tuesday we look to FINALLY break this soggy pattern.
