Wednesday morning actual temperatures will be in the 20s but it will feel like the teens in many spots. Make sure you send the kids to the bus stop with heavy jackets, hats and gloves.
A cold front will approach the region Wednesday night and kick up very strong wind. Wind could gust 30 - 40 mph Wednesday night into Thursday. There will likely be scattered power outages, so as a precaution, make sure devices are charged before you go to bed Wednesday night.
As the front pushes through a few light, scattered rain or snow showers are possible early Thursday morning.
