Take a cookie tour of Georgetown Dec. 10

WASHINGTON — If you're feeling especially crumby this holiday season, the Georgetown Cookie Tour may be just the treat you need to get your spirits up.

On Saturday, December 10 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., you can take a delicious tour of Georgetown small businesses and collect holiday cookies along the way.

Each ticket is $35 per person, and one ticket = one dozen cookies.

Georgetown Main Street is pairing a Georgetown-based small bakery with an independent retailer to create a unique opportunity to introduce you to amazing local businesses through the love of cookies.

Proceeds from the Georgetown Cookie Tour will go toward Georgetown Main Street programming.

Georgetown Main Street’s mission is to strengthen the vitality of Georgetown’s small businesses by representing, promoting, and supporting the Wisconsin Avenue commercial corridor and engaging residents, businesses, community organizations, and visitors to build a vibrant Georgetown.
