On the federal holiday, parking will be free at all Metro-owned parking lots and garages. Here's what else will change.

All trains will operate on a Saturday service schedule and buses will operate on a Saturday supplemental schedule. MetroAccess will operate normal service, however, officials say all pre-scheduled trips will be canceled.

On the federal holiday, parking will be free at all Metro-owned parking lots and garages. In addition, weekday off-peak fares will be in effect all day.

Service will operate as follows:

Metrorail
