HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WUSA9) -- A man was killed after his car collided with a small snow plow on Rt. 97 near Jennings Chapel Road at the Howard County/Montgomery County line, according to Howard County fire officials.
The victim has been identified as Zeyu Zhang, 26, of Timonium.
Howard County police say it appears that Zhang tried to take the curve too quickly and the car may have hit ice or snow on the southbound shoulder. The car re-entered the road where it hit the pick-up with a plow.
