PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. — Drivers on the I-95 outer loop in Prince George’s County faced significant delays Friday afternoon as a crash led to the shutdown of all lanes past Exit 25 at US Route 1. 

Emergency responders and traffic officials worked to assess and clear the crash.
