Bring eyewear, electronics, documents to shred to WUSA9's 'Recycle Day'

Join WUSA9 and Reston Town Center on Sept. 18, and bring your paper to shred, recyclable electronics, eyeglasses and toner cartridges.

RESTON, Va. — The WUSA9 team and its community partner, Reston Town Center, is co-hosting another Recycling Day and we are inviting viewers out to Reston, Virginia to join us. As part of our mission to inform, inspire and make a positive impact in our communities, we are committed to being champions of the planet.

Our latest Recycling Day will be held on Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We hope you will join us with any documents you need shredded, electronics you need recycled or old eyeglasses you want to be rid of.

The recycling days are free for participants.

Time: 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
