BOONESBORO, Md. (WUSA9) -- A tractor trailer crash has created a 12-mile traffic back-up on Interstate 70 at Route 66 on Tuesday morning.
A WUSA9 photographer snapped a photo of the tractor trailer involved in the crash. It shows the tractor trailer off the right side of the road near a wooded area.
