The Redskins introduced their first round draft picks on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial.
You could say the Redskins scored a touchdown in picking the iconic location to introduce Dwayne Haskins and Montez Sweat.
The two draft picks enjoyed being at the Jefferson Memorial.
"It's definitely historical," says Haskins. "To be back in the DC area, to be back where I went to high school, means that much more to me. I'm just looking forward to getting to work. I'm really excited to be a Washington Redskin."
"It's great," says Sweat. "I see we have some very passionate fans out here being in front of these historic monuments. It's great."
In addition to introducing their two first round picks, the Redskins also announced their picks for the third day of the NFL Draft from the Tidal Basin.
